Custom Order Policy:
All custom items are handmade to your specifications. Because each project is unique, timeframes will vary depending on the complexity and materials required. An official invoice will be sent to you via PayPal, and production will not begin until the invoice is paid in full. All sales for custom-made items are final once production begins, and no refunds or cancellations can be issued. This form does not collect any payment information — it simply begins the custom order process. After submitting your request, Angelica will email you directly with pricing, timelines, and next steps.
